Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, by which a thick laminate can be divided by an arbitrary thickness by employing corrugated cardboards as stocks.
SOLUTION: By cutting a single corrugated board delivered from a corrugating machine 1 with a cutting blade 3, a laminated single board 4 is formed. After a paste is applied onto the corrugated surface 2 of the laminated single corrugated board 4 facing downwards, the single boards are laminated to one another on an upside-down turning table 6 so as to form a laminate 8. By inserting a separating single corrugated board 7, the wavy lines of which are normal to those of the laminated single board 4 and which is faced upwards, the laminate 8 is separated from one another by an arbitrary thickness.
