PURPOSE: To easily work the bar of deformed section shape without generating defective shape, by feeding the material to be worked into the space between the die provided with a wedge type projection and the flat die at a constant pitch, for carrying out the pressure forming work.
CONSTITUTION: The wedge type projection (a) installed in the upper die 1, consists of the tapered tip part a1 and the following same width part a2; and, on both sides of the tapered tip part a1, the stepped part a3 is formed. On both sides of forming face of the lower die 2, a spacer projection b1 for contactually stopping both sides of forming face of the upper die 1 is installed in the middle part, for the purpose of making constant the depth of pressure forming; and on the exit side and the entry side, are provided respectively the guide projection b2 for delivering the product and the guide projection b3 for feeding the material. The spring 6 provides the upper and lower dies 1, 2, with the gap for feeding the material 5, and the feed of material 5 is carried out by intermittently turning the roll feeder 4 with the cam mechanism.
