PURPOSE: To provide the electric laminate having no occurrence of the separation between filler and resin or color shading by using the material having a specified molten viscosity and glossiness as a prepreg.

CONSTITUTION: The molten viscosity at 130°C of the resin with which a prepreg 3 is impregnated is set to be 300W1,500 poises, and its glossiness is also set to be 12W30% at the condition of 170°C, 20kg/cm2 and 10 minutes. Through holes 1 are formed by punch or drill working at the position where through holes 5 are to be formed on the metallic plate such as a copper plate. The several metallic plates 2 are lapped with the prepregs 3 intervening therebetween, and further the metallic foils 9 such as copper foil are lapped on the upper or the lower sides thereof through the prepreg 3. Then the circuit plates 10 in which the circuit such as a one surface printed wiring board, a both surfaces printed wiring board or a multilayer printed wiring board is formed, are lapped in between the metallic plates 2 through the prepreg 3. This is formed under heating and pressurizing.
