PURPOSE: To prevent the elution of impurities from the inside of a laminate, supress the corrsion of metal parts and eliminate lowering of electrical properties by laminating a thermoplastic film on one face or both faces of a prepreg layer and pressure molded.

CONSTITUTION: Eight pieces of prepregs manufactured by impregnating and coating a paper base with phenol varnish are laminated. Further, polyether imide films of 50μm thickness are laminated on both faces and laminate molding is carried out at the temperature of 160°C and pressure of 106kg/cm2. A surface film coated laminate of 1.6mm thickness is manufactured.
