Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the directional solidified structure on the radial outside of a turbine disk plate so as to achieve excellent creep strength by heating and fusing the radial outside in such a manner that a heating band is moved outward while cooling the radial inside thereof. CONSTITUTION:A turbine disk plate A is disposed inside the case 3 having an inlet 4 and outlet 5 for refrigerant B, of a cooler 1 in such a manner as to be interposingly held on the upper and lower inside parts in the radial direc tion thereof, to be partially cooled by the refrigerant B inside the case 3. A heater 2 for heating the radial outside of the disk plate A is constituted to have a laser device 7 and a rotating device 8 for holding the device 7 and circumferentially rotating the disk plate A so that a heating band can be moved in sequence outward radially. With this arrangement, the radial outside of the disk plate A is heated to be fused while the radial inside thereof is cooled, thereby obtaining the directional solidified structure on the radial outside.
