PURPOSE: To reduce the number of manhours for manufacture of the title magnetic core for which a number of manhours are required for the high permeability ferrite core in the past due to the complicated calcination method for prevention of reaction with a calcination case and the evaporation of Zn.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of toroidal cores are integrally formed on a flat plate, the flat plate part is removed after calcination, and a plurality of toroidal cores are obtained. A plurality of toroidal cores are arranged on a flat plate 21, they are integrally formed in the structure having an outer wall 23 on the outer circumference of a flat plate 22, they are assembled and calcined, the flat plate part 22 is removed, and a plurality of troidal cores are obtained. As a plurality of toroidal cores can be treated simultaneously, the number of manhours can be cut down sharply in the molding and calcination processes, and a ferrite magnetic core, having high permeability, can be manufactured in a stable manner.
