PURPOSE: To surely prevent a reinforcing metallic fixture from being exposed by forming a blade body consisting of a cylindrical part for inserting and attaching a driving shaft, and a vane body by aluminum die casting, and also, forming integrally the reinforcing metallic fixture on the inside surface of the cylindrical part, and thereafter, forming a boss body consisting of a synthetic resin on the inside surface of the cylindrical part by injection molding.
CONSTITUTION: A blade body 1 formed by aluminum die casting consists of a vane body 2 and a cylindrical part 3 for inserting and attaching a driving shaft. On the inside of the cylindrical part 3, a boss part 4 made of a synthetic resin is formed, and also, a reinforcing metallic fixture 5 is embedded while extending over these cylindrical part 3 and boss part 4. The blade body 1 is attached so as to be freely attachable and detachable by fitting its boss part 4 to the driving shaft. When manufacturing, first of all, at the time of forming the blade body 1 by aluminum die casting, the reinforcing metallic fixture 5 is brought to die casting integrally to the inside of the cylindrical part 3, and subsequently, it is set to a metallic mold and a synthetic resin is brought to casting, and the boss part is formed. Accordingly, the reinforcing metallic fixture 5 is embedded in a prescribed position, and the boss part is reinforced surely.
