Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use welding as a method for fixing a laminated iron core and to provide a manufacture of a strong laminated iron core.
SOLUTION: This manufacture is such that a grain oriented silicon steel plate with a tension coating on the surface is made a unit iron core cut or stamped in a prescribed shape, this unit iron core is press-contacted after being laminated in a prescribed number, and, in Tig-welding and fixing a part of this laminated end face in the laminated direction, a paste containing one or more kinds among hydrochloride, fluoride, borate, and organic reducer is applied preliminarily to the part where the TIG welding is performed on the laminated end face.
