PURPOSE: To improve electric insulation characteristics of a laminated plate using nonwoven fabric at part or all of a base material and to improve migration resistance characteristics between through holes particularly when the plate is used as an insulating board of a printed circuit board.
CONSTITUTION: After an epoxy resin is reacted with an aliphatic amine, an acetic acid aqueous solution is added to the reaction mixture to manufacture a binder. A silane coupling agent and a cheleting agent are mixed with the binder to prepare a binder composition. The cheleting agent has a functional group having reactivity with a binder ingredient. The composition is applied to a fabric of glass fiber, and heated to be dried, thereby manufacturing a glass fiber nonwoven fabric. Several prepregs obtained by impregnating an epoxy resin with the nonwoven fabric and drying it are laminated, heated, and pressure-molded to manufacture a laminated plate.
