Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance ejection efficiency in an arrangement wherein ejecting liquid is separated from foaming liquid through a movable film.
SOLUTION: A movable film supporting member 8 is bonded onto a substrate 1 for liquid jet head and a top plate 6 is bonded thereon to constitute a liquid jet head. The supporting member 8 supports a movable film 5 for separating a liquid channel into a first liquid channel 3 communicating with an ejection opening 11 and being supplied with ejection liquid, and a second liquid channel 4 arranged on a heating element 2 and being supplied with foaming liquid. The supporting member 8 comprises a substrate provided, in the surface thereof, with a recess corresponding to the movable region of the movable film 5. After the movable film 5 is formed entirely on the surface of the substrate, a part including the movable region is removed from the rear side of the substrate thus forming the movable region slacking toward the substrate 1.
