Abstract:
PURPOSE: To get a rotor having required tenacity without causing cracks when press-fitting a shaft into hole provided in a commutator.
CONSTITUTION: The manufacture of a motor rotor by inserting a shaft being heat-treated to minus 20°C to plus 20°C into a commutator being heat-treated to 80-200°C and uniting them.
