PURPOSE: To obtain a netlike cushion wrapping material of a high quality having such a cushioning property to prevent possible flaws by connecting a tubular filament extruded from an inner die and a filament extruded from an outer die welded at the piled part with the rotation of the two dice opposite to each other.

CONSTITUTION: A metal mold 2 is mounted at the tip of an extruder 1. Melted synthetic resin in an extruder is extruded from discharge ports 16... and 17... rotating an inner die 3 and an outer die 4 in the direction opposite to each other while compressed air is being blown into the discharge ports. This enables the extrusion of tubular filaments (a) and (b) from the ports as stretched in the circumferential direction 1.5W10 times larger than the diamter thereof. The filaments thus extruded are piled together intermittently with the rotation of the two dice opposite to each other and form a net connected together welded at the piled point.
