Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a perforated tube having a plurality of independent holes and airtightness.
SOLUTION: By joining the end faces in the longitudinal direction of a metal plate in which plural same shaped squares or waveforms in the cross section are formed in the longitudinal direction and a plated layer is applied on the surface, a tubular body in which the cross section perpendicular to the axis of a tube is rugged, is made. By reducing the diameter of the tubular body with dies and/or molding rolls, the adjacent top parts of the tips of projecting and recessing parts are joined to each other and after forming the plural independent holes in the direction of the axis of the tube, by making the plated layer reflow by heat-treating, the airtightness in the joined part is improved. In this way, the dimensional accuracy of finishing is higher and the mutual liquid tightness of each hole of perforated tubes is improved.
