Title:
MANUFACTURE OF POROUS PHOTORECEPTOR BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3225508
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a porous layer having through holes at regular intervals in a certain thickness on a photoreceptor body and to manufacture a low-cost porous photoreceptor body.
SOLUTION: A porous layer 4 having an electrode layer 5 formed on the surface and many fine holes 200 arranged regular intervals is formed in a certain thickness on a photoreceptor body obtained by successively laminating a light transmissive electrically conductive layer 2 and a photoconductive layer 3 on a light transmissive substrate 1 to manufacture a porous photoreceptor body. In this method, the porous layer is formed using a photosetting resin and a layer 12 which prevents the reflection of exposure light for setting the photosetting resin is disposed between the photoconductive layer which is a substrate of the photosetting resin and the photosetting resin layer. In the manufacture of the objective porous photoreceptor body adaptable to high quality printing, the setting of the photosetting resin at the bottoms of holes by irregularly reflected light is prevented and through holes are formed.
