Abstract:

PURPOSE: To measure mutual positions between blocks easily in continuous molding of a precast block by a short line system.
CONSTITUTION: Gage marks 27a, 27b, 30a, 30b are provided on an upper surface of a prefabricated block 20 and on a block upper surface of a block shuttering 21 for postforming. Range finders 31A, 31B, 31C capable of obtaining a distance data by an electric signal are fitted between those gage marks. Besides, an inclinometer 28 and a height meter 29 which can obtain an angle data, and a height data by the electric signal are provided on an upper surface of the prefabricated block 20. Necessary mutual positional adjustment between the blocks is carried out on the basis respective data by electric signals from respective parts.
