Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fast durability by reducing heating value of a central tread rubber of a tread surface.
SOLUTION: A retreading mold and a new product mold are related. An at least circular arc of a central area of a tread surface of a circular arc for forming the tread surface of a tread portion present in a section of a flat surface including central axes of both the molds is formed in a radius having a center of curvature at an inside of a tire. A radius of curvature of the arc of the central area of the tread surface of the retreading mold has a larger radius of curvature than that of the new product mold. The tire to be retreaded is vulcanization molded by using the retreading mold having lower height (h) from a coaxial line of the mold to an inner surface of the tread forming mold to a tire equator surface position than the height H of the new product mold.
