Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part-mounting device which is capable of restraining a tact loss caused by a change in insertion pitch, a movement loss of an XY table, and a shutdown of an equipment due to the shortage of parts in a part feeder.
SOLUTION: A tact loss caused by a change in insertion pitch is restrained by a procedure which part feeds cassettes are divided and allotted through an insertion pitch, a movement loss of an XY-table is restrained by a procedure which part feeds cassettes are allotted to each of the regions which are obtained by dividing a board according to the coordinates, and a shutdown of an equipment due to the shortage of parts in a part feeder is restrained by a procedure that feeds cassettes are allotted, in accordance with division judgment constants determined on the basis of the number of parts required for mounting and the number of the part feed cassettes housed in a part feed section. NC data which drive a part-mounting equipment are formed by the use of one or more of the above procedures.
