PURPOSE: To provide the manufacture of a rotor which the adhesive strength equal in each part and which is high on the whole and does not need special rust preventive processing.

CONSTITUTION: A ring-shaped Nd magnet is prevented from being exposed by soaking in epoxy varnish (ST1), and taking out the Nd magnet from the varnish, and also, applying drip cutting processing (ST2), and making the varnish adhere to the whole face equally. Then, the solvent is evaporated by heating the varnish (ST3), and the varnish is solidified. Next, a shaft is press-fit in the through hole made at the center of the Nd magnet (ST4). Hereby, the shaft can be fixed temporarily, and it is inserted into a heating furnace as it is, and it is heated at a temperature higher than that at the time of solvent evaporation so as to thermoset the varnish, thus the shaft and the Nd magnet are bonded and united together so as to form a rotor.
