Abstract:
To obtain a solid-state electrolytic capacitor having a low leakage current and high breakdown voltage by perfectly restoring an oxide film deteriorated by the thermal decomposition to its original state before the decomposition.
In the process of an anodic oxidation of the surface of a porous sintered preform made of a metal having a valve action to form an oxide film, impregnating a semiconductor mother liq. in the porous preform and thermal decomposition of it to form a semiconductor layer on the oxide film, the oxide film deteriorated by the thermal decomposition is restored in a restoring forming liq. contg. a surfactant with an ultrasonic wave applied periodically thereto.
