Title:
MANUFACTURE OF TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE RESIN FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11195334
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To enhance transparency, and to eliminate nonuniformity of a film thickness, a coating streak and a mat finish pattern by forming a conductive layer by applying an ink composition containing conductive metallic oxide fine powder on a transparent resin film by a microgravure.

A transparent resin film 8 of a base material is composed of a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin, and is supplied so that conductive metallic oxide fine powder containing ink 3 is transferred to its one surface through a microgravure roller 2 of intaglio. In that case, excess ink is scraped off by a doctor blade 4. Afterwards, the film 8 is sent by a guide roller 6 to be wound by a winder 9 after being dired by a dryer 7. At this time, the ink 3 is applied on the film 8 by transferring the ink to this by contacting the roller 2 with the film 8 while inversely rotating in the forward direction of the film 8 so as to thereby stabilize/uniformize/smooth the coated surface.
