Abstract:
To enable inexpensive manufacturing of a vacuum capacitor on a mass production basis, while without being affected by its mounting restrictions.
Cylindrical electrodes 7 and 8 are brazed to a pair of end electrodes 11 and 12 respectively in a first step. In a second step, the end electrodes 11 and 12 which have the cylindrical electrodes 7 and 8 are disposed on both sides of an insulating cylinder 1 and assembled temporarily with a brazing material 13, and these members are heated and brazed in a vacuum heating furnace, so that an interior of the assembly turns into vacuum.
