PURPOSE: To provide a simple manufacturing method for a vibrationproof damper which supports the sound equipment on an installation body.

CONSTITUTION: A damper body 15 is vacuum-molded from unvulcanized rubber sheets in a metal mold, and the recessed part 14 of the damper body is charged with the silicone oil 17, and a damper cover member 16 is molded from unvulcanized rubber in an another metal mold, and both the metal molds are mold- tightened and heated. Then, the damper body and the damper cover member are vulcanized, and attached at the same time, and the silicone oil is sealed in a damper 13. Since molding can be carried out through the heating vulcanization in one time by the use of two metal molds, the work can be simplified drastically.
