Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for a PTP sheet, capable of reducing a transfer error of a strip film in which pocket portions are formed, or improving the positioning precision.
SOLUTION: A PTP packaging machine is provided with a heating means 12 and a pocket forming means 13. A strip packaging film 3 is softened by the heating means 12, and forming protrusions 45 of the pocket forming means 13 are protruded to the softened portion, whereby a forming stress is directly imparted thereto to form pocket portions. Even at a connected portion where ends of the packaging films are connected to each other with a tape, a connected pocket portion having a shape substantially the same as those of the pocket portions is formed by the means 12 and 13. When the film 3 is transferred, a pocket feed roll is driven for rotation, and the pocket portions and the connected pocket portion are contained in recesses formed in the outer circumferential face of the pocket feed roll. Thus, the film is transferred.
