This device manufactures a shaft part 10 of a fluid bearing by pushing the shaft 12 in a fitting hole 18 of the bearing disc 20. The device includes a first press tool 40 and a second press tool 42. The first press tool is attached with a shaft storage part 60 for storing and guiding the shaft in a state of being accurately aligned to the axis. The first press tool is attached with a bearing disc storage part 80 for storing and guiding the bearing disc in a state of being accurately vertically aligned to the axis on a flat surface. For pushing in, the first press tool having a first press member acts on the shaft or the bearing disc, and the second press tool having a second press member acts on the bearing disc or the shaft.
