To provide manufacturing equipment of radiographic image conversion panel and a manufacturing method for the radiographic image conversion panel for manufacturing a high-sensitivity and sharp radiographic image conversion panel, by preventing reevaporation of an evaporation material deposited on the evaporation source shutter and uniformizing the thickness of a stimulable phosphor layer.
The equipment comprises a vacuum vessel 3, crucibles 7 and 7 provided in the vacuum vessel 3 and containing the stimulable phosphor to be evaporated onto the support body 2, a support body holder 4 facing the crucibles 7 and 7 and supporting the support body 2, crucible shutters 8 and 8 provided with shutter plates 9 and 9 shielding the evaporation region 10 of vapor that evolve from the crucibles 7 and 7. The crucible shutters 8 and 8 are constituted so that the temperature T on the side of the crucible shutters 8 and 8 facing the crucibles 7 and 7 becomes: T<3/4×MP (equation A), when the melting temperature of the stimulable phosphor is MP.
