To industrially provide an aluminum plate joined with smoothness comparable to a conventionally used single sheet of glass tray.
In an aluminum plate (3) made into one sheet by joining an aluminum plate (1) and an aluminum plate (2), the side in which one place is warped in the joined part (4) is pressurized using an upper side pressing member such as a roller (6). Also, on the reverse side of the aluminum plate (3) having the warped place, a part corresponding to the place under the upper side pressing member is held by a lower side pressing fixed base (7). Thus, the warp is straightened out in the planar direction of the aluminum plate (3). Then, while the holding state of the aluminum plate (3) by the lower side pressing fixed base (7) is maintained, the upper side pressing member is successively moved along the joined part (4), pressurizing the side with the warp of the joined part (4) and improving the smoothness of the aluminum plate (3), in the manufacturing method.
