To provide a manufacturing method of an aqueous black pigment-dispersed product, which method improves the fluidity of an object to be processed that contains a pigment, thereby improves productivity and brings forth a more uniformly dispersed condition for the pigment dispersed product to enhance the quality of printing.
The manufacturing method of the aqueous black pigment dispersion comprises dispersing a carbon black which has an average primary particle size of 15-40 nm and a bulk density of 0.3-0.8 g/ml into an aqueous medium obtained by dissolving an alkali-soluble resin in the presence of an alkali, using a dispersion apparatus which can apply shear stress to the mixture by at least a pair of rotor and stator or by passing it through the gap of at least a pair of rotor and stator.
