Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an armrest for attaining upgrading and a productivity improvement without applying a mold release agent to a shaft.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an armrest is provided for foaming-molding a foam for burying a core body integrally with the skin via mold closing and injection of a foaming raw material after being set in a mold by inserting the core body 2 into the bag-shaped skin 1, and a shaft 62 with a cylindrical film is formed by putting the cylindrical film 7 composed of a polyolefin plastic film on a side peripheral surface of the shaft 62, and next, the shaft with the cylindrical film is inserted into the skin by passing through an opening provided on one side part of the bag-shaped skin and a support shaft opening hole 17 provided in the other side part of the skin so as to be inserted into a through-hole 20 of the core body inserted into the skin, and the cylindrical film is arranged between the opening hole and the opening, and a mold is closed after setting the core body and the shaft with the cylindrical film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
