Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a bellows cylindrical body which is manufactured by injection molding.SOLUTION: A cylindrical body 20 comprises, alternately in the circumferential direction, a first bellows part 31 and a second bellows part 32 which are formed by arranging a plurality of isosceles trapezoid bellows walls 35 in the axial direction in parallel with one another. The first bellows part comprises, alternately in the axial direction, a mountain part 31a formed by connecting upper bottoms of the adjacent bellows walls 35, and a valley part 31b formed by connecting lower bottoms of the adjacent bellows walls. The second bellows part 32 comprises, alternately in the axial direction, a mountain part 32a which is formed by connecting the upper bottoms of the adjacent bellows walls, and adjoins the valley part of the first bellows part in the circumferential direction, and a valley part 32b which is formed by connecting the lower bottoms of the adjacent bellows walls, and adjoins the mountain part of the first bellows part in the circumferential direction. Leg parts 38 of the bellows walls of the first bellows part and leg parts 38 of the bellows walls of the second bellows part adjacent to the leg parts in the circumferential direction are connected to each other. A synthetic resin material is filled into a molding space between an outer die 42 forming the external face of the cylindrical body and an inner die 41 forming the internal face of the cylindrical body, and injection molding is performed.
