Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a casting part provided with a plurality of paths capable of having an opening of the path at an arbitrary position, making the number of parts small, not decreasing the casting number in the predetermined time, and excellent in production efficiency.
SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for a casting part provided with the plurality of the paths consists of a process for fitting one pipe 2 in molds 3, 4 composed so as to be separatable, a process for pouring a molten metal in the molds 3, 4 to form a molding 10, and a process for removing part of the pipe 2 inserted in the casting 10 and forming two or more of the paths in the casting.
