Abstract:
To reduce the rate of occurrence that the phosphor film portion near the electrode is discolored into light yellow in a manufacturing method of a cold cathode fluorescent lamp in which cesium compound is coated on the electrode.
The electrode 22 coated with a film 24 made of the cesium compound is maintained for a prescribed time in a storage container 40 filled with an inert gas before used in the back process.
