Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a conjugant which can stably obtain sufficient fusion rigidity in fusion-joining between a polyolefin pipe and a pipe joint.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a conjugant for joining a pipe end part 12 of a polyolefin pipe 10 and a receptacle 21 of a pipe joint 20 by fusion, a surface layer part having a thickness of 0.2 mm or thicker at an external peripheral face 12a side of the pipe end part 12 of the polyolefin pipe 10 is cut so that the surface layer part can be inserted into the receptacle 21 of the pipe joint 20 by using the pipe joint 20 having an arbitrary nominal diameter, and the polyolefin pipe 10 having the pipe end part 12 whose outside diameter is equal to 0.2 mm or larger with respect to a reference dimension of an outside diameter of a pipe end part 112 of a polyolefin pipe 100 having a nominal diameter which is the same as the nominal diameter of the pipe joint 20, and the pipe end part 12 after cutting and the receptacle 21 of the pipe joint 20 are joined by fusion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
