To provide the manufacturing method and manufacturing facility of a fuel cell stack capable of reducing transportation man-hour and efficiently performing a series of manufacturing processes containing a power generation inspection.
Stacking components such as a unit cell 2 are stacked on a jig 110 in each station of a production line 101, and a fuel cell stack 1 is assembled. The assembled fuel cell stack 1 is transported to a power generation inspection station on the production line 101 together with the jig 110. In the power generation inspection station, fuel gas and oxidative gas are supplied to the fuel cell stack 1 through the jig 110 and the power generation inspection of the fuel cell stack 1 is performed. Supplying fuel gas and oxidative gas are in a dry state and supplied from a cylinder 151. As the production line 101, a conveyer 102, a turn table 201, a truck 202 or the like can be used.
