Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a fiber sheet laminate which can be manufactured easily, is superior to on-site workability, and can impregnate a material as a matrix easily among filaments constructing a fiber bundle.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a fiber sheet laminate includes: a step manufacturing a first sheet 1 having multiple openings by weaving in a state that a heat welding thread is arranged to go along a fiber bundle consisting of multiple monofilaments; and a step laminating the first sheet 1 and a second sheet 10 by stacking the first sheet 1 on the second sheet 10 consisting of a nonwoven fabric, paper or a film, and hot-pressing at a temperature that the fiber bundle does not soften.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
