Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impervious material manufacturing process that improves the manufacturing capacity and proves to be inexpensive while ensuring the required performance as an impervious material.SOLUTION: Provided is an impervious material manufacturing process in which an impervious material is formed by mixing seawater, polypropylene fiber, bentonite, blast furnace cement and fly-ash in the order thereof, and thereby the polypropylene fiber, bentonite and fly-ash can be dispersed uniformly, and the required impervious property, strength, and resilience during deformation can be ensured. Also, according to the present manufacturing process, the overall manufacturing time can be shortened as compared to the conventional art and the adoption of an agitation device having a high agitation capability can be limited to the minimum, thereby the total cost can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
