To provide a manufacturing method of intraocular lens by which the possibility of sticking cutting powder and dust produced to the intraocular lens upon working can be eliminated and the intraocular lens having a desired accuracy can relatively inexpensively and stably be manufactured.
A molding mold comprises: an optical part molding part for molding a member becoming an optical part; and a support part molding part for molding a member becoming a support part. In the optical part molding part, the front side optical surface and the back side optical surface, which constitute a lens, can immediately be obtained by molding. In the support part molding part, the support part can be obtained by applying a specified working to the member obtained by the molding. The manufacturing method of the intraocular lens is characterized in that the mold is used, the raw material of the intraocular lens is injected into a molding mold, and polymerized or cured, and then the member becoming the support part is worked into a shape of the support part while at least the front side optical surface and the back side optical surface in the polymerized or cured member are covered with the optical part molding part of the mold, thereafter the optical part molding part is released.
