Abstract:
To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a metal separator for a fuel cell, which can secure good productivity and product accuracy.
A metal blank 202 of the separator for a fuel cell is passed between forming roll sets 222 and 232 formed with irregularity portions corresponding to the external surface shape of the separator for a fuel cell, and molding forming in a width direction is continuously performed on the metal blank 202 by the irregularity portions of the forming roll sets 222 and 232 while positioning the metal blank 202 utilizing a guiding opening 203 formed on the metal blank 202 to form the external surface shape.
