Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a metal container which can suppress breakage due to a local stretch of a metal plate when forming a container from a square bag, a manufacturing device of a metal container and a metal container manufactured by the manufacturing method or the manufacturing device.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a metal container comprises: a first step of forming a metal plate so as to be a generally planar square bag B; a second step of holding one surface and the other surface of the square bag B formed in the first step by first and second parallel plate jigs 11, 12; and a third step of expanding a volume space in the square bag B by applying the pressure to the inside of the square bag B and widening a distance between the first and second parallel plate jigs 11, 12 while maintaining the contact state by the first and second parallel plate jigs 11, 12 to the square bag B held by the first and second parallel plate jigs 11, 12 in the second step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
