To provide a manufacturing method of a metallic member having a superior thermal energy efficiency, and also to provide brazing equipment and a heat exchanger.
A heat exchanger 100 is irradiated by a micro wave of 300 MHz-300 GHz, desirably of 28-300 GHz approximately, making the heat exchanger 100 heat up itself to a high temperature for brazing. Accordingly, the heating is made possible regardless of the plate thickness, enabling a workpiece to be uniformly heated. In addition, thermal energy for heating the inside of the furnace is no longer required, realizing reduced energy consumption. Unlike conventional in-furnace brazing, there is no need to wait for temperature going up to a set degree inside the furnace, which dispenses with the requirement of keeping furnace heated on holidays or in rest hours. Further, elimination of the need of furnace heating leads to no heat radiation from the furnace, facilitating energy conservation.
