Abstract:
To provide a novel manufacturing method of a repellent of repelling nematode without giving an adverse influence on crop or operators.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a nematode repellent having a substance excreted a cellular slime mold belonging to Dictyostelium genus as effective component includes steps of: culturing the cellular slime mold belonging to the Dictyostelium genus in a liquid culture; recovering proliferated cells from the liquid culture; multi-cellicating by culturing the recovered cells in a no-nutrition liquid; and recovering a substance excreted in a process of the multi-cellification.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
