To provide a method of manufacturing a non-pneumatic tire in which the spoke part of a supporting structure is effectively reinforced with fibers.

The method of manufacturing a non-pneumatic tire is provide, the tire comprising an inner annular part 1, an outer annular part 3 concentrically installed on the outer side of the inner annular part 1, a plurality of connecting parts 4, 5 for connecting the inner annular part 1 and the outer annular part 3, and the supporting structure SS for supporting a load from a vehicle. The method includes a process in which reinforcing fibers 8 are arranged, with a tensile force imparted to a connecting part forming sections 14, 15 inside a mold 10 along the direction of the connecting parts 4, 5 in the front view, and a process in which a liquid starting material for an elastic material is infused into the mold 10 to mold the inner annular part 1, the outer annular part 3 and the connecting parts 4, 5 reinforced integrally with the reinforcing fibers 8.
