To provide a manufacturing method for a normally closed solenoid valve for allowing flow rate or difference in pressure when opening the valve to reach a target value.
A fixed core 80 is pressed into a guide hole 38 of a body 30. Magnetic field is generated so that a movable core 50 and the fixed core 80 are arranged in a magnetic circuit and the movable core 50 is attracted in the direction of the fixed core 80 together with a valve element 60 by electromagnetic attraction force. Flow rate of fluid is detected while the valve element 60 is separated from a valve seat 40 by electromagnetic attraction force and fluid is supplied to pass through a circulation hole 42 and communicating holes 32, 34. While detecting flow rate of fluid, the fixed core 80 is further pressed and advances in the direction of the valve element 60 in opposition to an elastic body 70 and the valve element 60 is moved in the direction of the valve seat 40 through the elastic body 70. Pressing-in and advancing of the fixed core 80 are continued when detecting that flow rate exceeds target flow rate and are stopped when detecting that flow rate becomes target flow rate.
