In this snap tap device 20 constituted by inserting a cylindrical rubber ring 10 into a branched port 2 from a fluid main pipe 1 into a branched pipe 5, pressing a cylindrical member 15 into an inner peripheral part of the rubber ring 10, bringing the rubber ring 10 into pressure-contact with the fluid main pipe 1 around the branched port 2 by pressing-in, and using the inside of the cylindrical member 15 as a water passing passage w into the branched pipe 5, the cylindrical member 15 is provided on an inner side of the branched pipe 5 as a separate body, one end opening of the branched pipe 5 is applied to an outer peripheral part of the branched port 2, and a saddle part 3 along an outer peripheral face 1a of the fluid main pipe 1 is provided in the branched pipe 5 to fix the branched pipe 5 on the fluid main pipe 1 through the saddle part 3. The rubber ring 10 is brought into pressure-contact with the branched port 2 and an inner peripheral part of the branched pipe 5 by pressing the cylindrical member 15 in to cut off water and prevent corrosion. Water is cut off around the branched port 2 by the branched pipe 5 and the saddle part 3. For this reason, mounting work of the snap tap device becomes simple.
