In the manufacturing method of the one component room temperature curing silicone elastomer composition comprising mixing at least each component consisting of (A) 100 pts.wt. of a diorganopolysiloxane that its viscosity at 25°C is 500-300,000 mPa.s and 50-100 mole % of its molecular chain end group are a silanol group, (B) 5-200 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler, (C) 0.1-10 pts.wt. of an organotris(ketoximino)silane represented by the formula: R'Si(OX)3, and (D) 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a tetrakis(ketoximino)silane represented by the formula: Si(OX)4, the method comprises going through (a) the step (1) mixing the component (A) with the component (B), the step (2) mixing the resulting product from the step (1) with the component (C), and the step (3) mixing the resulting product from the step (2) with the component (D).
