To provide a manufacturing method of photoelectric transducing device which is easy to obtain a long photoelectric transducing device of high reliability at low coat and to provide a photoelectric transducing device being easy to obtain that which is of high reliability even if it is made long.
In manufacturing a photoelectric transducing device 1A which includes a transparent substrate 5, a plurality of photoelectric transducing devices PE formed on the transparent substrate 5, a signal generation means 30 being mounted on the transparent substrate 5 to generate a data signal based on an electric charge generated in each of the plurality of photoelectric transducing devices PE, a plurality of first interconnections 25 being formed on the transparent substrate to connect the each of the plurality of photoelectric transducing device and the signal generation means, a pad 27 connected to the each one end of the plurality of the interconnections 25 by every one and interposed between the one end and the signal generation means, and a plurality of second interconnections 37 being formed on the transparent substrate to connect the signal generation means 30 and an external circuit, the pad and the second interconnection 35 are formed by patterning a conductive layer composed of at least one layer.
