Abstract:
To improve productivity without increasing a manufacturing cost in the manufacturing method of a power circuit where a paper battery is connected on a circuit substrate.
Paper batteries 1a-1c connected serially each other are mounted on a substrate 32 so that the electric conductive ink 11 and the land 31a of a substrate 32 in the projected area 13 of a paper battery 1a are faced and the electric conductive ink 21 and the land 31b of the substrate 32 in the projected area 23 of the paper battery 1c are faced, and are bonded ultrasonically under this status, by applying an ultrasonic vibration to portions faced each other.
