Abstract:
To provide a method and a working mold for manufacturing a resin frame member for a fuel cell capable of efficiently forming an inclined surface.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a resin frame member 22 for a fuel cell includes a processing step in which a working mold 200 is used, and an inclined surface 66 is formed on each side part 104 of a resin film 100 by moving an upper mold 204 toward a lower mold 202. In the processing step, while maintaining a predetermined clearance CL between a lower processing part 210 and an upper processing part 224, a shearing process is performed in a state where at least a part of each side part 104 is positioned in a notch part 212 in which a corner part on the side of the lower processing part 210 on a mounting surface 208 is notched so that each side part 104 inclines downward and inward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
