Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the manufacturing efficiency of a rotor by heating, pressing, and fixing a laminated sheet of a specific structure applied to the outside of a side seal groove on the side of the rotor for simplifying the formaton of a coating layer to the outside of the side seal on the side of the rotor.

CONSTITUTION: Double-fluid epoxy resin liquid with 20W40wt% aluminum and 10W35wt% molybdenum disulfide dispersed is applied on a parting paper, and after a nonwoven fabric 17 of a fixed thickness is laid thereon, dried up for obtaining a double-liquid type epoxy resin layer (abrasion-proof resin layer) 16. Meanwhile, after a similar double-fluid epoxy resin layer 18 is formed on the other side of the nonwoven fabric 17, a single liquid epoxy resin layer (adhesion resin layer) 19 is provided thereon for obtaining a laminated sheet 22. From this sheet 22, a circular piece is stamped out to correspond to the shape of the outside of the side seal 6 on a rotor side 5a, and heated and pressed to the said side 5a in the layer 19 for adhesion. Then, layer 16, 18, and 19 are hated and hardened for obtaining a desired coating layer.
