Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a sheet making body and a molded body using a recycled carbon fiber.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a molded body including a process for preparing a carbon fiber containing a recycled carbon fiber, a process for preparing a material slurry by dispersing the carbon fiber and a thermosetting resin in a solvent and then molding the material slurry to a predetermined shape by a sheet making method to obtain a sheet making body consisting of the carbon fiber and the thermosetting resin and a process for curing molding with pressing and heating the sheet making body to obtain a molded body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
