PURPOSE: To improve working readiness, efficiency, external appearance and cushioning property by forming the captioned device in a movable and fixed type with a built-in heater through pressurizing and heating thermosetting resin foaming plate members which interpose a skeleton between them.

CONSTITUTION: One of raw part materials 1A, 1A, cut in a comparatively big size and made of thermosetting foaming resin such as semi-hardened polyurethane foam or the like is supported by means of the support pins 17 of a movable metal mould 15, then a skeleton 2 fixed to a bearing 3 is hooked on the support pins 7 and held to be positioned, subsequently the remaining raw pat material 1A is supported by the support pins 17 inserted in it. Those raw pat materials are pressurized and heated by closing metal moulds 14, 15, being heated by means of a heater 16. Then, a cutting edge 19 is advanced to cut protrudent peripheral parts. Subsequently, the moulds are opened to take out the pats 1. Thus, a sun visor with excellent efficiency, external appearance and cushioning property can be obtained.
